		<description>Fish oil is harmless... as long as it is mercury free. I take it every day... it&#039;s no big deal... so no doctor.

As for the side effects... apparently Bekham takes fish oil.. and his wife don&#039;t like his fishy breathe... lol! 

I take them at night with a meal. My wife wraps herself up in a flannelet jumpsuit with a zipper in the bottom (like a sleeping bag) .. so I&#039;ve no reason these days to get close enough for her to complain about my breath!</description>
